We always harp on about buying the most affordable wines from the best producers. It makes a lot of sense. The grapes often come from the exact same vineyards as the top cuvées, and are farmed, harvested, and vinified using the same methods. Usually, the only differences are in the ages of the vines, the yields, and the aging regime. Granted, these are important contrasts, but there is no question you can get the gist of an estate’s style from the entry level.

This time, we have a bonus. Not only do we have the entry level from a top grower, but we think we are far enough out in front of this one that a year or two from now, this wine will seem like an absolute steal.

Massachusetts Bill Could Allow Patrons to Bring Their Own Wine into Consenting and Licensed Restaurants

Current Massachusetts law allows patrons to bring their own wine into restaurants and clubs that do not have a liquor license, but prevents patrons from bringing their own wine into restaurants and clubs that do have a liquor license.

Some Massachusetts residents and politicians are looking to change that, and they may be close to getting their way… IF PASSED, MASSACHUSETTS BILL S 125 WOULD ALLOW CUSTOMERS TO BRING THEIR OWN WINE INTO LICENSED AND CONSENTING RESTAURANTS.

Colonial Spirits Partners with Drync to Become Primary Wine Shipper in Massachusetts

Last November, Colonial Spirits announced that they had forged a partnership with the popular wine app Drync, and that Drync users could now pick up their purchases at Colonial Spirits of Acton. Popular Wine App Drync Has Added Thousands of Spirits to Their Extensive Catalog

Last November, Colonial Spirits announced that we had forged a partnership with the popular wine app Drync.
